How to get to us

Journey

Sam Ratulangi International Airport in Manado has regular international flight service to/from Singapore (Silk Air) and Davao/Philippines (Bouraq, Merpati). Most of the destinations within Indonesia are also easily accessible from the recently opened international standard airport. This terminal building forms a new landmark with its traditional Minahasan architecture, called “Wale Wangko”.

Between Asia and Australia.

If guest come into Indonesia via Jakarta or Bali, we are happy to arrange the domestic flights to come to Manado. Please let us know before and send us email about your travel planings. Perhaps the cheapest route to Manado is via Air Asia, one of Asia’s largest budget airlines. The direct flight between KL and Manado was cancelled in Feb 2010, but its still possible to get Air Asia flights to cities in Indonesia followed by internal flights to Manado (MDO) with Garuda or Lion Air. We are happy to help with the domestic Tickets. Just email us before.

Airport Pickup Service

A Blue Bay Divers team member will wait for you at the airport and drive you (45 min) to Likupang, (small village at the north peak from Sulawesi). From there you will go with a boat to our island (30 min boat drive). As you can see, you incoming journey is not very complicated. The pickup service from the airport is 10 EUR per person and per way. If you need pick up service from Bunaken or Lembeh strait, please refer the price list for Pick up by Speed Boat and inform us about Time and Date via email.
