Reservation
Blue Bay Divers is a small dive center with only six bungalows. Therefore we are having the following reservation and cancellation policy. By making a reservation you accept this policy.
You can make a temporary reservation that we keep for 10 days. To confirm your reservation you will have to transfer 30% of the total costs for your stay and diving.
Not later than 60 days before your arrival the other 70% has to be transferred to our account. When booking less than 30 days before arrival the reservation is only guaranteed as soon as we have received the full amount. You Can transfer in EUR or USD. for bank details please contact us, we will send you via email.
If you cancel your stay and/or diving between 30 and 60 days before arrival the deposit of 30% will not be refunded. . If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival there will be no refunding. Booked dives cannot be refunded.
Payment with Cash US Dollar:
Due to the bank regulations here in Indonesia , we only can accept US Dollar cash as below:
· USD 100 and USD 50 notes for major payment.
· Printed series from year of 2000 until today
· New money (no scratch, no ink, no stamp) - it’s have to be in the good conditions. Please note that the Banks here can reject your notes if showed pen stains or marks.
